WHO ARE THE BEACH BUMS?
The Outer Banks Beach Bums are the parade unit for The Dare County Shrine Club. The Beach Bums use their unique style to participate in numerous parades across the state, while raising awareness and funds for the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
